There are a few new restrictions that all customers will need to follow, these have been laid out by Government (not our staff) and they must be followed for your safety and the safety of our staff:

  • Anyone that is showing symptoms of the virus (continuous cough, fever or any flu like symptoms, loss of smell or taste) should take care of themselves and stay at home. Anyone who thinks they have been in contact with someone, or is living with someone who has symptoms should also follow this advice.
  • Our outside area will be on the marquee lawn next to the clubhouse, if you wish to sit or stand outside you should head straight there and our staff will come to you. You must remain 2 meters apart when outside.
  • The clubhouse bar areas will be accessed via a one-way door system to prevent people crossing on stairs and in single doorways. You must enter via the spikes bar stairs or main entrance in the front carpark. You will exit through the lounge door over the dancefloor on to the rear of the building. Arrows and signs will direct you throughout.
  • You must sanitise your hands before entering.
  • Face masks must be worn whilst stood or walking around the building.
  • Our indoor capacity is 62 people, once this is reached, we will operate a one in one out policy, there is no time limit on tables.
  • Once you enter you must find an available table and sit down immediately, we will take all orders at the table and bring them to you.
  • Social distancing of 2 meters must be followed at all times.
  • Staff will need to take your name and a contact number to comply with the NHS track and trace initiative.
  • No Metal spiked shoes in the clubhouse, soft spikes are allowed.
  • Tables will be spaced 2 meters apart, you must not move tables or change the location of chairs. You will not be permitted to sit in large groups.
  • There will be no available space for people to stand in the bars, you must be sat on a chair unless moving around the building.
  • The touch screen score entry computer for golf will be on but you must sanitise your hands before using it. We would still advise using the phone App if possible.
  • Toilets should be accessed via the buildings new one-way system.
  • You must wherever possible pay by contactless/card payments.

The clubhouse is not open ‘Business as usual’ so be prepared for changes and at busy times, longer waits.

These restrictions are in place for your safety and the safety of others, whilst allowing us to continue operating. Remember that these policies are set out by the Government and not our staff, so please, be kind and patient. We will operate a zero-tolerance approach for anyone not following them, you will be refused service and asked to leave immediately.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support and assistance with all our new restrictions. The golf course and driving range opening was very smooth so please help us to keep up this trend.
