  • Individual Shrimp, Cream Cheese & Cucumber Canapés topped with Fresh Dill
  • Mini Yorkshire Pudding filled with a Red Onion Gravy
  • Slow cooked Duck Breast & Hoisin Sauce in a Cucumber Cup

My son Matthew & Amy's wedding yesterday. Absolutely fantastic. Becky has been amazing helping us plan the big day and the rest of the staff were on hand all day & night. The 3 course wedding meal was delicious. The evening buffet too. The setting for the day and night was perfect, a faultless day. DJ was great. Could not have wished for a more perfect day.
